My Classes

My classes offer a unique movement experience! With whole body MovEment at the heart, all follow a simple formula; Flow + Form = Feel Good!

 

Each session has been carefully curated to ensure whatever the modality, each movement flows seamlessly into the next, which not only challenges the body, but the mind also!

 

All classes are kept small in size so that you get specific, individualised coaching to ensure you get the most out of each session. You will stand taller, feel stronger and empowered by what you can achieve!

Yoga MovES

What can I expect: This is the perfect blend of practice. A carefully designed mix of yoga and pilates to equally strengthen and mobilise.

What will I feel like after: a little bit taller, some fire in the abdominals and a sense of grounding and quiet confidence. 

​

Who is it for? All levels welcome. 

​

Cost: £8 for a single class, £35 for a six class pass and £40.00 for a pick and mix class pass ( 3x 30 min and 3 x 45 min classes)

Pilates MovES

Pilates MovES

What can I expect: This Pilates class is a whole body workout focusing on mobility, strength and co-ordination. Attention is given to the precision and control of each exercise which means whatever your level, you should be able to enter any class and feel confident you will be both challenged and supported to develop your practice.

What will I feel like after: Did we really do all of that in 45 minutes?! (walks out feeling uplifted, a little taller, but feeling like you've worked!)

Who is it for? Anyone, all ages and abilities 

​

Cost: £10 for a single class, £40 for a pick and mix class pass ( 3x 30 min and 3 x 45 min classes) £45 for a six class pass

Circuit

Circuit MovES

​What can I expect: This class will ask you to push, pull, twist, lunge, squat and smile! Bring your handweights and join the fun! Levels will be provided so gains can be madeby all....advancing yourself is the aim!

​

What will I feel like after:  Energised and amazed at what your body can do! 

​

Who is it for? All levels and abilties welcome. 

​

Cost: £10 for a single class, £42.50 for a six class pass and £37.50 for a pick and mix class pass ( 3x 30 min and 3 x 45 min classes)

Reformer

Reformer MovES

What can I expect: Reformer class is a strong, sculpting class that works your whole body.  You’ll tone, build and strengthen with satisfying sequences, focusing on major muscle groups - legs, glutes, arms and of course your abdominals! With only two in class, attention can be given to ensure you are able to find the right level for you, progress and get the most from the exercises. You will undertake a circuit of exercises, once on the mat and once on the reformer, allowing you to feel the difference between working with bodyweight and springs!

This class is ideal for adding strength and additional resistance training into your usual pilates practice, and is perfect if you want to come and work out with a friend!

​

What will I feel like after: Empowered, challanged and proud! 

 

Who is it for? Open to all levels, with plenty of modifications and progressions for those that want more.

Cost: £22.50 for a single class, £90 for a six class pass 

Cardio

Cardio MovES

What can I expect: This class is a more intensive session for those who want to mix up their workout! This session will be based on interval training; mixing cardio, pilates and endurance. We will use body weight and weights raise your heart rate, get sweaty and feel the burn. There will be motivation and support to keep on going. The class will end with some juicy stretches to leave you feeling good and ready to take on the rest of your day!

What will I feel like after: Red faced, jelly legged, but pumped with the endorphins flowing! 

 

Who is it for? Anyone with no underlying health conditions and who are up for the challenge!

Foundation

Foundation MovES

What can I expect: This class is taking you back to the foundations of Pilates, visiting the central concepts and building your understanding of what each exercise is asking of you. Perfect for beginners or people who would like to take some time to revisit the foundation exercises.

What will I feel like after: Stronger, uplifted and confident!

​

Who is it for? Suitable for people who want to refine their skills or who are completely new to Pilates!
